60-Day Return Policy

At TheCGChin.com, we take pride in our exceptional designs and commitment to reliability. Our quality assurance process begins the moment your order is received and continues through delivery, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards.

Before shipment, each product is carefully inspected by our Quality Control (QC) team to confirm proper functionality and finish. Please review all product descriptions carefully before ordering and ensure your details are accurate, as our return policy is effective from the date of delivery.

At TheCGChin Gifts, we guarantee that every product meets or exceeds our advertised standards. If you receive an item with a quality issue, please contact us at service@theCGChin.com within 60 days of delivery.

Each claim is reviewed promptly, and we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable. To receive the best support, please reach out to us as soon as an issue arises.


Qualified Reasons

If your item arrives in the following conditions, it qualifies for a free return/exchange:

  1. Defective or damaged product.
  2. Wrong product: different design/customization, different product, etc.
  3. Not received the order within 30 business days.

Dis-Qualified Reasons

If your item arrives in the following conditions, it is disqualified for a free return/exchange:

  1. No longer needed.
  2. Wrong product picked or incorrect customization information.

Request Process:

Please follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Email service@theCGChin.com.com within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue, along with your order number and description.
  3. We will process your refund or replacement within 48 hours after review.
  4. You do not need to return defective or damaged items; visual proof is sufficient.

Non-Quality Returns

If you wish to return an item for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect personalization):

  1. Contact our customer service team within 60 days of delivery to request a return and obtain the return address.
  2. Cover the return shipping cost and provide the shipping label to our team.
  3. Once the item and tracking label are verified, your refund will be processed.

Important Notes:

  • For returns without quality issues, a 60% refund of the product amount will be issued. A 40% crafting fee applies for personalized items.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Do not remove tags. Items must be returned clean and neatly packed. Returns that are stained, worn, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For items with quality issues, customers do not need to return the product. We will issue a replacement or refund at no cost.
  • For all non-quality returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your returned items to be received and processed. Once your item is scanned into our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
